11 Month Inspection

Similar to the New Construction Occupancy services, which you can review HERE, except this inspection is conducted just before the termination of your standard 12-month Builder’s Warranty.  We evaluate the residence for any indications of initial failure, and any defects noted.  Our written report will clearly depict to your builder what items require mitigation to be in accordance with their warranty.

Please note that this service does not incorporate a review of your Builder’s Warranty terms to ensure adherence. Our comprehensive report will incorporate the various visual defects observed and deemed material, in accordance with our SOP, for you to present to your builder toward making an official request for consideration under warranty.
